At Twitch Overlays, we want to ensure your streaming setup is perfect. If your hardware or digital assets do not meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
